Skin Care Products


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened skin care products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.


Apparel


We offer a full refund on all bad quality, damaged apparel ( bad quality of the print, stiches) purchases if you contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details.
